Our remote construction support services are billed at $50.00 per hour.

2. What type of construction support do you provide?

Services include construction submittals, RFIs, transmittals, document management, submittal tracking, change order documentation, material coordination, O&M manuals, warranty documentation, and project closeout support.

3. Will I receive a detailed invoice?

Yes. Clients receive an itemized invoice showing the dates worked, services performed, hours spent on tasks, the hourly rate, and the total amount due.

Yes. We offer flexible support for individual tasks, short-term projects, and ongoing administrative needs, subject to availability.

5. How quickly can work begin?

Start dates depend on current availability, project complexity, and receipt of the information needed to perform the requested services. An estimated schedule will be discussed before work begins.
